Kate graduated from the Physiotherapy program at University of Toronto in 1987. Initially she worked in the hospital in various services but then specialized in orthopedics in 1990. In 2015 she specialized in pelvic health after taking courses through Pelvic Health Solutions and has become very passionate about treating this population. She continues to keep updated on the latest developments and treatment strategies in pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, prolapse as well as in the pregnancy and postpartum population. She works as a teaching assistant for Pelvic Health Solutions and volunteers with Osteoporosis Canada.

Kate believes in educating and empowering her patients to take control of their health and mobility and get them back to the activities they love to do. She believes knowledge is power. In her spare time she enjoys biking, hiking, working out, curling and pickleball.
