Karen Rupke - (B.Sc.P.T., M.C.P.A)

Registered Physiotherapist

  Karen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in the faculty of Physical Therapy. Over her 21-year career in physical therapy, she has exclusively worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting, gaining experience in treating a variety of patients with a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Karen is committed to determining the root cause of injuries and is dedicated to helping individuals play an active role in achieving their goals. She employs a functional, exercise-based approach combined with hands-on techniques. 

Karen achieved her certificate in Intermediate Manual and Manipulative Therapy and has attended numerous post-graduate courses and conferenced focusing on manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, acupuncture and soft tissue release.  She remains committed to her growth and development as a practitioner 

Karen has a strong appreciation for the impact injuries can have and understands the importance of early and comprehensive rehabilitation in aiding clients’ return to the activities they enjoy.  She treats people of all ages and levels of ability, utilizing a comprehensive initial assessment to determine he cause of pain or problems and creating an individualized plan to help clients reach their goals.
